Community Based Resources
As part of a California Department of Public Health (CDPH) grant (ended June 2025) to build vaccine confidence, community-based organizations developed educational resources to engage and support diverse communities across the state. Below are select resources from this effort that you are welcome to share with your audiences.
Vaccine Confidence Survey
Calexico Wellness Center
Bilingual vaccine confidence survey (English/Spanish) that can be easily administered to gauge participants’ attitudes towards vaccines. This survey can also be administered as a pre-and-post survey to capture changes in perspectives and behaviors.
